2021.12.09 00:33 Brave_Worker_924 Can I film myself from afar without a camera man?
I want to film myself from afar. As if there was a camera man following me filming so that he captures my full body in the frame. I just wanna see how I go about daily life, like self-observation.
But, I want to be as unaware of the camera and the fact that I'm being filmed as possible so that I can stay natural, so I wouldn't want a person to do the filming bc I'd always be aware of them with me. But is there anyway to do this without a person?
Thought maybe a camera I wear that stretches out to get a wide frame, but that would be bulky and hard to walk around with and kinda unrealistic. Then thought maybe a drone but I would have to fly it right. And I'd be aware of the drone over me.
Any advice/ideas? And yeah I know this is probably not possible

2021.12.09 00:33 Shepez Credit Transfer to rmit OUA
I have just completed my associates degree in IT. I finished with rather high marks overall and am looking into completing my last year through oua to obtain my bachelors. I basically just found online learning to fit my schedule a lot better and had more time overall so I've been looking into this direction to complete my course.
Just wondering if anyone has experience with this and what the credit transfer is like? I don't want to have to do any more than a year to complete my bachelors and if I do I'll probably just enrol for on campus with full credit transfer.
I assume it should be too different and i should be able to get the full credit but oua says you need to enrol first and then apply for the credit which has me slightly worried.
Let me know if anyone has been through this before, cheers!

2021.12.09 00:32 J7V9 (Male) Using estrogen to treat my hairloss.
I'm 29, male.
Backstory: Hair loss at the temples wasn't that noticeable, but it's definitely accelerating and very obvious when moving bangs out of the way. Tried lots of different things the past 4 years, minoxidil and something similar to finasteride both failed, in fact DHT blockers gave me post-finasteride syndrome, libido dropped off a cliff.
I had enough and said "screw this", found estrogen on Amazon and put a very tiny drop on my worst temples. Since I don't want boobs, ever, for obvious reasons, I'm applying an estrogen blocker to my chest. My plan is that the amount put on my temples is small enough to remain localized to my hairwhilst not large enough to enter the bloodstream or affect areas below my head.
I realize I'm playing with fire, but I'm pretty sure I'm already a low testosterone male anyways. The risks are huge of course.
Been doing this for almost 2 weeks. I've noticed longer eyelashes and a "more feminine face"(oddly glory, smoother) which wasn't really asked for, so I'm confident it must be having a positive affect on my hairline, but I do know it's affecting my face and am worried it can affect stuff below my face.
I also used too much on my 3rd or 4th day and experienced burning chest sensations, which was terrifying so I dropped the amount moderately ever since and had no issues.
I might consider using even less than I'm using, to be honest. It's baffling I can use less than a 20th of "recommended dosage" and still be that affected... apparently it's 200mg of estrogen per instructed amount, though not sure, and intended for menstruating women.
This is not a troll post, this is too dumb to be a troll post.

2021.12.09 00:32 e_a_nny Brick Builders For Mighty?
I have been doing a bit of research, and I have noticed that there is a brick builder for the Mighty on Etsy, and it has very good reviews. It compresses your ground flower into a little puck that you can pop into your Mighty. To me, it sounds good. I like the capsule system, but I go through a ton of capsules in a long session. A compressed brick might have twice the herb as my capsules. Plus, it would take away the pain of opening those capsule tops. Of course, a compressed puck might restrict airflow and you may have some not fully used herb in the center at the end of your session.
Thoughts? Has anyone used these?

2021.12.09 00:32 Intelligent-Part7274 Nighttime Adrenaline Surges
I have recently been having a really hard time getting to sleep and when I do I have horribly vivid nightmares and I did some research and I found that it could be a symptom of adrenaline surges. Doctor Mike, do you think adrenaline is why I can't sleep, and why I have really bad nightmares? And if it is, how can I stop it?

2021.12.09 00:32 robynec Letters of Rec
I am applying to ABSN programs and feeling very stressed about letters of recommendation. I took most of my science courses several years ago so I asked my Critical Thinking/English professor to write one. I feel like I made a mistake because a letter from a science professor is preferred but I don’t have any science professors that know me well. Has anyone gotten into a school with a letter of rec from a non science professor?

2021.12.09 00:32 bookworm6879 How would you rewrite major/iconic/popular couples: Izzex ( Izzie & Alex )?
I wanted to start a series of posts that conists of the fandom rewriting their favorite or popular couples. The rewritten version for that couple should give them a happy endgame. I will only be doing populamajoiconic couples. How would y'all rewrite Izzex?
Here is what I would do.
First of all Gizzie would've became romantic and george/callie/izzie arc. If Izzie was mean she apologizes to Callie. If there is no Gizzie then maybe instead Alex & Izzie date. Izzie still leaves Alex at end of s5 but she tells alex that she is leaving and needs a break. When she comes back Alex is upset/heartbroken and tells to Izzie leave but Izzie stays and fights for Alex. In s6 we see Izzie working/figthing for Alex's affecation. During the shooting episode, instead of Lexie saying, I love you to Alex. Izzie says it. After that they offically get back together (maybe use the embryos) and in S8 they can move somewhere else because , they got a job offer.

2021.12.09 00:32 dreph Blender 2.92, Softbody physics, Animations, and Unreal
Ok, so I crammed everything I have questions about in the title.
I have a simple bouncy ball for my example. I want to use softbody physics to animate a sphere so that it is bouncing, save that physics calculation/simulation as an animation, and export it with my ball.
So far, I have the ball, physics, and my set of frames I wish to use for the animation chosen. The problem is that you can't just export things from 2.9 like you could in 2.8 with a handful of hoops to jump through.
How am I supposed to take my softbody physics animation, save/bake it into the file as an animation "track" and then continue to use the same .blend file to add other physics based animations. The end goal is to export all of these saved, calculated physics simulations as animations so I can just use them in Unreal.
Any help is very welcome. I'm not a complete newbie at Blender, but I'm fairly new at exporting physics animations.

2021.12.09 00:32 Qigong90 This Journalist Wasn't Having Any of Farrakhan's Anti-Vax Sentiments
The Sick Logic of Farrakhan’s Anti-Vaccination ‘Death Plan’ ‘TOXIC WASTE’
The Nation of Islam leader is misappropriating history to discourage Black people from saving themselves during a pandemic that’s disproportionately impacting them.
Ernest Owens Updated Feb. 03, 2021 12:00PM ET / Published Jan. 26, 2021 4:59AM ET
"Louis Farrakhan has never been a fan of anything coming from the United States government, and he’s been a broken record when it comes to warning Black people against taking life-saving vaccinations.
“The Earth can't take 6.5 billion people. We just can't feed that many,” the minister said, imitating government leaders. “So what are you going to do? Kill as many as you can. We have to develop a science that kills them and makes it look as though they died from some disease.”
That was in 2009, about the H1N1 swine flu vaccination he said was a scheme to kill people . In 2021, I found out that he’s singing the same tune after I got injected with the Moderna vaccine earlier this month. As many of my social media followers messaged to ask if I had any side effects (other than a sore arm, I’ve been good), Black followers affiliated with the Nation of Islam couldn’t believe that I put 'that white man’s poison in my body.'
“Why would you do that my brother?! They are trying to kill us,” an older Black Muslim man messaged me on Instagram.
“What are you talking about? The Moderna vaccine is actually co-created by a Black woman, so I don’t think it’s ‘they’ this time,” I replied.
“I’m not getting it. Too much going on out there. The Minister says they are trying to control us. You may not follow his teachings, but this is serious,” he replied back.
Sigh, of course. I clicked on the link the man had attached, which sent me to a Final Call post from December about how the vaccine to help end a pandemic that’s hit Black Americans especially hard is actually intended to “cull the population of our planet by two to three billion (and) the United States population by 150 million.”
On NOI’s official website, there is an advisory section on vaccines with the headline: “WARNING: Do Not Take the Experimental COVID-19 Vaccine.”
“Don’t let them vaccinate you, with their history of treachery through vaccines, through medication,” Farrakhan is quoted in the online advisory. “Are you listening? I say to the African presidents, do not take their medications! I say to those of us in America, we need to call a meeting of our skilled virologists, epidemiologists, students of biology and chemistry, and we need to look at not only what they give us. We need to give ourselves something better.”
"We have to survive because the Death Plan is in motion,” Farrakhan described the vaccine during a Dec. 12 virtual event for the National Afrikan/Black Leadership Summit. “They give you free shots of toxic waste.”
A man who has had a notorious history of homophobia, anti-Semitism, and other forms of hate was now channeling such rage into misleading the same community he claims he cares about. As a Black queer man who’s always had to reckon with the complexity of Farrakhan—a person who has uplifted my Black identity while condemning my sexuality—his current stance on COVID-19 vaccination is an affront to all. His rhetoric is misinformed, misguided, mean-spirited, and divorces itself from the kind of accountability needed more than ever in the Black community.
According to the CDC, the death rate for Black people is nearly three times as high as it is for white people. Racial inequities connected to health care, education, and employment are part of the problem there, but so is vaccination resistance.
Early state data shows Black people getting vaccinated at remarkably lower rates than white people, despite how hard the disease has hit Black communities. That lines up with a Pew survey from December that showed less than half of Black Americans trusted these vaccines, compared to over 60 percent of white people. In other words, we are currently witnessing a preventable racial health gap take place right before our very eyes.
People like Farrakhan will remind you that these disappointing numbers are due to Black people’s historical and well-warranted distrust of the American health-care system.
But the facts are clear. More white people are getting vaccinated than Black people right now. Black people are dying from the coronavirus, not from vaccinations. If there is a “death plan” in action, it is telling Black people to keep exposing themselves to this fatal illness.
I got vaccinated because I refused to put my life in the hands of a religious millionaire who continues to peddle pseudoscience that will only contribute to the health disparities that need to be eradicated. I call on Black people who believe in science to remain vigilant and speak up over the reckless rhetoric of those spreading misinformation and fear that in turn help the virus spread in our communities."
